But read "Because you are not in violation of a parking infraction, you are hereby summoned to appear at :"Your restaurant name and address" of course they need a reason to come and this is where you offer them a choice of a discount. (ie 1/2 price meal - free drink or dessert - free lunch with a paying guest or whatever you may have in mind)
