Guy’s Restaurant is and will always be far, far more than merely just “a restaurant.” On the contrary, Guy’s is, in the minds of local residents and inhabitants of the region alike, practically a revered institution and has been so ever since the days when its car-hops would roller skate back and forth from it’s customers’ cars in the parking lot to the kitchen.
